ODBC Rental Information

The Old Dominion Boat Club rents its Ballroom, which includes the attached Deck.  (Max capacity of 125 people, standing room)

 Furnishings may reduce the max capacity. Tent rental for terrace coverage will increase maximum capacity to 150, standing room

*Maximum seating for private events in the ballroom is 66. If the terrace is utilized, we can seat up to 96. This includes our custom ballroom highboy tables, leather loungers and rod iron furniture on terrace. A tented deck October through April is mandatory if area is to be used for additional seating.

All wine/beer/liquor must be purchased through the ODBC's ABC License and served by our staff.  

All food & non-alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the ODBC and served by our staff. Exceptions, such as desserts may be made from a licensed bakery.  

NOTE: We offer passed appetizers and buffet options for private rentals, no plated dinners

We use classicware plates and premium rolled single use cutlery for all events. ODBC provides 5' round tables and standard chairs for seating.

If china and silverware are needed, we can provide you with our preferred vendor list. 

Our Tap Room or Roof Top Deck are not available as a rental.

Our Parking Plaza is for member's vehicles only, at all times. Temporary unloading/loading is authorized.

The Board of Governors approves all weekend rentals. Contracts will be sent out after approval. 

Non-Member rentals must have a Member-Sponsor.
