- Move to 200 Strand Street, Launch Ramp, and Boat Lot Closure– Dates, utilities, security, fencing, IT connectivity, dock carts and loading zones - Amenities for deck and N&S docks – furnishings, ice machine, restrooms etc. - Kayak storage and storage racks - Winter Sublet Process and electrical hookups for the winter
