Semi-Annual Slipholders Meeting

The M&B Committee invites all Slipholders, boaters, kayak users and interested ODBC Members to attend the Semi-annual Slipholders’ meeting on March 13^th at 6PM in the Club’s Ballroom.  The Committee holds these Semi-annual meetings pursuant to the Club’s Mooring and Berthing Rules, which govern the management, use and occupancy of the Club’s Waterside Resources. Some agenda items will be:

1.        A presentation by the Marina Advisory Committee and the M&B Committee on several issues associated with the Club’s Waterside Resources;
2.        A status on the construction surrounding the ODBC’s North and South Docks;
3.        Upcoming dates for the ODBC and Leukemia Society’s Annual Poker Run on August 18^th and the ODBC’s Regatta on August 25^th ;
4.        A discussion of amenities for the Tiki Deck and the Club’s North and South Docks;
5.        Clean up day for the Tiki Deck and the North and South Docks
6.        Slip assignments, sublets and waiting lists;
7.        Dock maintenance, safety checks, dock electric, SAV and hydrilla; and
8.        M&B Rules revision.
